Website Design Ireland, Built in Dublin

We design and build websites for Irish businesses that want to be found and want the enquiries that follow. Fixed prices, clear timelines, one person on your project from start to finish.

We are a web design Ireland agency based in Dublin, working with clients nationwide. We build WordPress sites for small and medium Irish businesses at a fixed price, usually in three to six weeks. Website design in Ireland typically costs between a few thousand euro for a brochure site and a good deal more for ecommerce or custom work.

Most small business websites in Ireland look fine and do nothing. Ours are built the other way round. We start with what you sell and who buys it, then design around that. Every site is fast, works properly on a phone, and is structured so Google and AI search tools can read it.

Online shops

Ecommerce Website Design in Ireland

Selling online needs a different build, a different budget and a different conversation about stock, payments and delivery. We have that conversation first, then build the shop around it.

Ecommerce website design for Irish shops, brands and wholesalers, built on WooCommerce and Shopify. Products are imported, payments and delivery are set up and tested, and every category and product page is structured to rank before the store goes live. Ecommerce web design in Ireland is most of what we do once a client has a brochure site that works, so the process below is one we run every month.

01WooCommerce or Shopify, picked for how you sell+

Most of our ecommerce web design work in Ireland is WooCommerce on WordPress. Shopify suits some shops better. We tell you which one fits before you spend a cent.

  • WooCommerce. You own the whole thing and the shop sits inside the rest of your site. Best for most Irish small and medium businesses.
  • Shopify. Hundreds of products and a team that wants less to look after. You pay a monthly fee and get a managed platform in return.
  • Already on another platform? We move products, customers and order history across and redirect every old URL so your rankings come with you.
02Products in, orders out+

A shop is only useful once the products are in and the orders can get out. We set up both before you see a single design.

  • Product import. From a spreadsheet or your old store, with variations, stock levels, images and prices included.
  • Payments. Stripe, PayPal or Revolut, with Apple Pay and Google Pay switched on so people can pay in one tap on a phone.
  • Delivery. Rates for Ireland, the UK and the EU, click and collect if you have a counter, and whichever courier you already use.
  • Checkout. Tested on real phones before launch, because that is where most Irish shoppers buy.
03Ecommerce SEO from the first product page+

An online store with no search traffic is a shop down a side street. Every store we build is structured to rank from day one, not fixed up afterwards.

  • Crawlable structure. Category, product and filter pages Google can read without duplicate URLs or thin pages.
  • Product schema. Price, stock and review markup so your products can show ratings and prices in search results.
  • Speed. Fast image loading and clean internal links between categories and products, which matters more on a shop than anywhere else.
04What an ecommerce website costs in Ireland+

Our ecommerce websites start from €1,500. You get a fixed quote after a scoping call, and it does not move unless you add something.

  • What moves the price. Product count, how much of the writing we do, and integrations like stock systems, EPOS or accounts software.
  • How long it takes. Most online shops launch in eight to twelve weeks from the day you approve the plan.
  • After launch. Hosting and care plans are priced separately, so you only pay for what you use.

Every online store we build includes

  • Mobile first checkout, tested on real phones
  • Secure payments with SSL and PCI compliant gateways
  • Product import with variations, stock and images
  • Delivery, click and collect and Irish VAT set up
  • Order and dispatch emails that match your brand
  • Product schema and ecommerce SEO structure
  • Google Analytics and conversion tracking
  • A recorded walkthrough so your team can add products

What Our Clients Say

“
We needed a listings site that would not fall over on a phone and would actually show up in Google for Dublin searches. We got a fixed price on the first call, a launch date, and the site went live on that date. Enquiries started within the first month.
SeánRoomRent.ie
“
The old site looked fine and sold nothing. The new one is faster, the product pages are laid out properly, and the review structure means we show up for the searches people actually type. One person did the whole thing and answered every email the same day.
AoifeDogGroomingKits.com
“
We write a lot and we needed the site to make that easy to read and easy to find. The layout does both. We can publish ourselves now without touching code, and the category pages we were told would rank, do.
CiaraDrySkinCreams.com
“
Comparison tables are hard to get right on mobile and ours were a mess. They rebuilt the whole thing so the data still reads on a small screen, kept every URL that was already ranking, and the site is noticeably quicker. Worth every cent of the fixed price.

How Much Does Website Design Cost in Ireland?

Website design in Ireland runs from a few hundred euro for a small brochure site up to a lot more for something fully custom. The gap comes down to three things: how many pages you need, how much of the writing we do, and whether you are selling online. Here is where we sit.

Process

How a Website Design Project Runs

Five steps, start to finish, with a fixed date at the end of step two.

01

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on the phone. What you sell, who buys it, what the site has to do and what it cannot do today.

02

Plan and sitemap

You get a page by page plan, a fixed price and a launch date. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.

03

Design

We design the homepage first and get it signed off before anything else is drawn. Changes are cheap here and expensive later.

04

Build

Built on WordPress, tested on real phones, checked for speed, accessibility and broken links before you see it.

05

Launch and aftercare

We handle the move, set up Search Console and analytics, and stay on hand for thirty days.

Choosing an agency

Choosing a Web Design Agency in Ireland

Plenty of people will build you a website. These are the questions worth putting to any web design company in Ireland before you sign anything, including us.

01

You own everything

The domain, the hosting, the site files and the logins all sit in your name. You can walk away and take the site with you.

02

One person, start to finish

The person you speak to on the first call is the person who builds it. Nothing gets handed down a chain of account managers.

03

Built for search from day one

Page structure, internal links, schema and page speed are part of the build. None of it is sold back to you as an extra later.

04

Fixed price, in writing

You get the full cost before we start, and it does not move unless you add something. No hourly creep.

Where we work

Web Design Ireland Wide, Run From Dublin

We work out of Dublin and take on projects anywhere in the country. Most of a project happens on calls and shared documents, so where you are based makes very little difference to the result. If you want to meet in person and you are in or near Dublin, that is easy to arrange.

FAQs

Website Design Ireland FAQs

How much does website design cost in Ireland?+

Most small business sites in Ireland land in the low thousands. Bigger builds with ecommerce or custom features go well above that. We quote a fixed price after the first call, so you are not left guessing.

How long does a website take to build?+

A small brochure site takes about three weeks. A fifteen page site with copywriting takes about six. Ecommerce takes longer again, usually eight to twelve.

What should I look for in a web design company in Ireland?+

Ask who actually builds the site, whether the price is fixed, and who owns the domain and hosting at the end. Ask to see three live sites they built in the last year and check how fast those sites load.

Do you work with businesses outside Dublin?+

Yes. We are a Dublin web design agency but most of our clients are elsewhere in Ireland. Everything runs on calls and shared documents.

Will my new website keep its Google rankings?+

That is the plan, and it is the part most redesigns get wrong. We map every old URL to a new one, keep the pages that already rank, and redirect the rest properly.

Do I own the website when it is finished?+

Yes. Domain, hosting, files and logins all sit in your name from the start.

Can I update the website myself?+

Yes. Everything is built on WordPress and we record a short walkthrough for your team at handover.

How much does an ecommerce website cost in Ireland?+

Our ecommerce websites start from €1,500 and most land between that and the mid thousands. Product count, copywriting and integrations with stock or accounts systems are what move the price. You get a fixed quote after a scoping call.

Should an Irish online shop use WooCommerce or Shopify?+

WooCommerce if you want to own everything and keep the shop inside your WordPress site, which is most of the ecommerce web design we do in Ireland. Shopify if you have a large catalogue and want less to look after. We recommend one after seeing your products and how you sell.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to quote for and deliver work you ask for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Who we share it with

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the project ends, because Irish tax law requires it. Analytics data is kept for the period set in the tool, currently [14 months].

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email [email] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Essential cookies

Needed for the site to work: remembering your cookie choice, keeping the enquiry form secure and spotting abusive traffic. These are set without asking because the site does not function without them.
